Permissions Management

Permissions in Schedules for Teams define what each user can do in the app.

Permissions management

Admin

Admins can change everything, including:

  • Appointments
  • Projects
  • App settings

Self-Editor

Self-Editors can only edit their own appointments.

Viewer

Viewers can view the schedule but cannot edit anything.

None

Users with None permission cannot open the app.
