Introduction
Schedules helps you plan your team's appointments in Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Microsoft 365. Add people from your Microsoft 365 directory or manually, assign appointments, and organize work with projects and groups.

Choose your starting point
- New administrator: follow Your first working schedule.
- Team member: learn appointment management and My Settings.
- Existing administrator: review permissions, settings, notifications and subscriptions.

Schedules and access
A global schedule and a channel/chat schedule are separate spaces. Make sure your team uses the same schedule scope before adding people or appointments. Adding a person to the schedule does not grant them permission to open the app.
The app interface supports English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Russian. This guide is available in English and German; switch guide language using the menu at the top. App language is configured separately in My Settings.
Instructions use the current sidebar and View menu. On smaller screens, open the navigation menu first. Older screenshots and videos may show a previous layout; use the written steps for current controls.
